Part A

EMOM x 8 Rounds

M1) 15 - 1+1/2 Goblet Squats

M2) 15 Good Mornings

Part B

5 Rounds

200m Run (30s out and back) OR 60 Double Unders or Singles OR 60 Line Hops

30s - 1 Min Handstand Hold OR Plank Hold*

Rest 2 Mins

* Set a goal and stick to it (be conservative). For every second your short of goal - perform 1 Burpee. For example, if you're goal was 45s and you came down at 40s, perform 5 burpees. Once burpees done - rest.
