100 Toes-to-Bar

then,

400m Syncro Burden Run** (50/35)

Target: 26 - 36 Mins

Cap: 40 Mins

*Farmer's carry is performed as 1 athlete carry both DBs, switching anytime.

**Burden run is performed with both athletes running together with 1 DB EACH.
