In Teams of 3:

  50 Burpees Muscle Ups OR 100 Burpee C2B OR 100 Burpee Pull Up

  100 Power Clean & Jerk (155/105)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 20 - 25 Mins

Cap: 25 Mins

Execution: Two athletes work at at time while one rests. Switch working athletes any time, in any order. Partition any how. Once one movement is complete, it becomes a rest station.
