Climb the ladder of:

  1 Wall Walk

  1 Squat Clean (225/155)

  2 Wall Walks

  2 Squat Cleans

  3 Wall Walks

  3 Squat Cleans

  4/4, 5/5….etc.

Then, starting at the 10 Min

10 Mins to Find a 3RM Push Press for the rack

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: Complete the round of 6 - 7 (21 - 28 reps of each movement)
