1 Burden Run*

4 Pistols, leg 1 (OR assisted single leg squat)

4 Pistols, leg 2 (OR assisted single leg squat)

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 22:30 - 30 Mins

Structure: The next athlete begins when the athlete ahead completes their burden run.

*1 Lap around building - Heavy plate carry or farmers carry
