In 25 Minute Window:

Deadlift

6 reps @ 67.5%

5 Reps @ 77.5%

4 Reps @ 87.5%

2 Reps @ 90 - 92.5%

1 Rep @ 92.5 - 97.5%

+ After each set of Deadlifts, perform 3 seated box jumps

Stimulus: Heavy

Target: The goal is for each set to be roughly 2.5% heavier than last week.
