  45s Double KB Front Rack Carry

Stimulus: Stamina

Execution: We are looking for a traditional KB front rack where your arms are tight to your rib cage with the bells resting b/w the biceps and forearms.

It can help to interlock fingers if you're struggling to keep the bells up in this style of carry.

Weight should be challenging but always unbroken.
