Conditioning

In Teams of 3, waterfall style*:

AMRAP 14

1 Rope Climb

1 Clean & Jerk** (175/120, or not to exceed 65% of 1RM)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 10 - 14+ Rounds each

*P1-Rope climb, moves to C&J, then moves to rest, P2-starts rope climb immediately after P1 is done rope climb and chases to C&J, etc.

**Should feel snappy every time, if hesitating when approaching, too heavy.
