"Lane"

5 Rounds for Max Reps:

  - 3/4 Bodyweight Hang Power Snatches

  - Handstand Push-ups OR BBL Push Press/DB Push Press OR Push-ups

  - Rest no more than 30s between your last Snatch and first HSPU

  - Rest as needed between rounds

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 10+ Reps per movement, pre round
