In Teams of 3, rotating 1 Round @ a time:

   3 Single-arm Devil's Press (60/40)

   7 Single-arm Front Squats (60/40)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: Each teammate performs 9 - 14 Rounds

Example: P1 does 3/7, then P2 does 3/7, then P3 does 3/7, then P1 does 3/7, etc.
