  5 Pull-ups

  10 Push-ups

  15 Squats

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: complete the EMOM with no more than 2 missed rounds - complete all rounds

Notes:

*If you've successfully completed 'Chelsea' before, add 1 rep to each movement.

**If unable to complete a full round within a minute, finsh that round, then rest the following minute before picking back up after that.
