M2) False Grip Deadhang from bar OR rings*

*Focus is training our false grip. This will lightup the forearms try for 20 - 30s hold

Part B

E3MOM x 4 Rounds

5 - 8 / Side Offset Push Up*

8 - 12 DB Cross body Deadlift - Left**

8 - 12 DB Cross body Deadlift - Right**

15 Banded Tricep Push-downs

* One hand on DB for a single side elevated, then switch DB to opposite side to be elevated
