+ 30 - 45s Banded Pallof Press

*Take 3s on the 'down' portion back into the front rack

Part B

10 - 12 DB Pull-overs

8 - 12 Bicep Curls

30 - 45s Hip Thrust Hold (weight it up if you nasty)

*1 Rep = Push-up + Row L + Row R + Clean + Shoulder 2 OH

Part C

E90s x 3 Rounds

6/side DB Weighted Deadbug (weights stay stacked, only legs moving)

10/Side A-Frame Toe taps
