The goal is to find/attempt a 1RM Deadlifts and Bench Press by the end of this session

E4MOM x 6 Rounds

   Deadlift*

   3 Explosive Box Jumps

   Bench Press*

   3 Medball Chest Press against wall or to partner**

*Deadlift / Bench Press Reps

   R1) 5 Reps @ 75%

   R2) 3 Reps @ 80%

   R3 - 6) 1 Rep @ 90 - 100+%

Stimulus: Heavy

Target: PR-Town
