Option 1:

For total reps:

3 rounds:

1 Smooth set* of Toes-to-Bar

Rest 2.5 Mins between sets

then,

1 Max rep set of T2B

Option 2:

EMOM x 10 Rounds, for total reps

1 Smooth set* of Toes to Bar or Kipping Knee Raises

*Smooth set= repeatable within 1 - 2 reps every round

Conditioning

3 Rounds for time:

  5 Wall Walks

  11 Power Cleans (185/125)

Stimulus: Sustain
