In teams of 4, alternating full rounds:

6 Burpee Box-jump-overs (30/24)

30ft Sled Push OR Sled Pull - HEAVY!*

Stimulus: Controlled Send

Target: Approximately 1 Min rounds

*Keep sleds close to back doors - push sleds once across the width of the building, not the typical side of building. This will allow for quicker transition from BBJO to sled.
