Phase 2 - LIFT TEST

Part 1)

Every 90s x 3 sets

3 Power Position Squat Snatches - 40 - 65% of 1RM Snatch

Part 2)

Every 90s x 3 sets

2 Hang Squat Snatches, at the knee - 65 - 75% of 1RM Snatch

Part 3) For max load;

E2MOM until failure:

1 Squat Snatch, starting at 75 - 80% of 1RM

+ 5-10lbs per round until failure, aiming to find you 1RM in 6 - 10 sets (10 set cap)

Stimulus: Heavy

Flextra Credit (Optional if time allows)

2 - 4 Sets

10 Snatch Grip RDL's, light - moderate weight

Rest 1 - 2 Mins
