1 Snatch grip deadlift + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch

*Purpose is to work on technique and form with some weight on the bar. Do not go heavy today but find some weight

Part B

EMOM x 12 Rounds

M1) Barbell Front Rack Lunges

M2) Plate Ground-to-overheads

M3) Plank Up-downs

Part C

200 Russian Twists*

*Every time you stop perform 3 sit ups
