1. Strength

4 Week Push Up Program

Testing: Perform 1 Max set of: HSPU OR Push Ups*

*Elevate hands on incline (stairs, table, etc.) as needed but remember for retesting

Rest 3 Mins, then,

Complete 50/30 reps in as few sets as possible

2. Conditioning

AMRAP 15

60 Jumping Jacks

50 Jumping Lunges

40 Sit Ups

30 Jumping Air Squats

20 Plank Up-Downs

10 Burpees

3. Core

10 Wall Walks

OR

4 Sets x 15 Reps:

Hollow Rocks
