150 DB Deadlifts (50s/35s)*

2 Laps Farmers Carry

12 Rigs Handstand Walk OR 36 Wall Walks (or combination of both)

4 Laps Farmers Carry

6 Rigs Handstand Walk OR 18 Wall Walks (or combination of both)

*During Deadlifts, 1 of the resting partners must be in a HS Hold for the reps to count

** During HS Walks, 1 of the resting partners must be in a dead hang from the pull-ups bar for distance to count

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 1 round - 75+ reps into deadlifts in round 2
