10 Rigs Farmers Carry OR Heavy Plate Carries (move quickly)
10 Hang Split Snatches* (75/55)
10 Push-ups
then, in remaining time:
Find a 1RM Split Jerk from the rack
Stimulus: Reach + Heavy
Target: 7 - 12 mins on metcon portion
*Must alternate forward leg in the Split Snatch on every rep.
