BUILT Program - NEW TRAINING PHASE

Conditioning

EMOM - Alt. movements until 4000m are completed

  M1) Row for meters

  M2) 12 Strict Ring Dips

  M3) 5 Front Squats (205/135)

  M4) Rest - every 4th minute the entire team rests the full minute

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 19 - 23 mins (5 - 6 Rotations through at 200 - 250m row per min)

Execution: Working in a team of 3, one partner starts at a different station and follows the rotation. Every 4th min the entire team rests the full minute.
