5 Burpees to start and at the top of every minute

Start with the burpees. Then complete as many thrusters as possible until the minute is up. At the top of the minute (1:00) complete another set of burpees. Repeat each minute.

Hard time cap - 30 mins

Options:

Heavy - 135/95

Light - 95/65

Athlete can scale to 3 burpees
