20 Suitcase Walking Lunges, select challenging weight

10 Push Ups, with control

2 Rope Climbs, legless if/when possible

 

Rest 3:00 btw each and start the next AMRAP where you ended the last.

 

Accessory if time allows or extra-curricular:

5x6 Incline Bench Press, weight steady across sets
