E3MOM x 4, Climbing:

5,4,4,3 Segmented Clean Grip Deadlift @ climbing.

Pause in each position for 2 seconds. Focus on maintaining tension in the trunk, as well as trying to connect with the posterior muscles of the legs throughout the movement.

 

B)

For Time:

100 Double Unders

10 Front Squats @ 60%, taken from the floor*

20 Strict T2B

40 Push Ups

20 Strict Pull Ups

10 Front Squats

100 Double Unders

Perform all movements with control. Squats are meant to slightly elevate tension in the body for tomorrow. No grinding or failed reps. Scale accordingly.
