6:00 Front Rack Step Ups on 20” Box, 95/65#

5:00 Hang Power Cleans

4:00 Push Press

3:00 Sumo Deadlift High Pull

2:00 Lateral Burpees Over Bar

The goal is to keep moving and limit rest here. If you need to work on aerobic endurance, select a weight that you can ramp up the speed with. If strength endurance is your limiter, stay a bit heavier and work for keep moving.
