M2) 12 Alt. DB Snatch

M3) 10 Pull-ups OR Aussie Pull-ups

M4) 8 Single OR Double DB Thruster

M5) Rest OR 45s Plank Hold

Execution: Stagger stations as needed if needing to share equipment
