Execution:

Add 5 Wall Balls and 10 Double Unders after each round.

After completing the round of 10 Pull Ups, 25 Wall Balls and 50 Double Unders, rest 1:00 then start back at 10 Pull Ups, 5 Wall Balls and 10 Double Unders
