Conditioning

For Distance:

  Run for 5 Mins

    Rest 2 Mins

  Run for 10 Mins

    Rest 2 Mins

  Run for 15 Mins

Stimulus: Cardio Sustain

Target: Goal is that your Min run sets your pace for 10/15 min rounds. You should push to cover 2x and 3x the distance in the 10 min and 15 min working windows.
