Conditioning

4 Rounds per athlete, for total reps:

P1: 1 Lap Burden Carry with HEAVIEST DBs/KBs possible

P2: Max Rep Toes to Rings

P3: Max Rep Overhead Squats (135/95)

*Rest 3 Mins*

*All teammates start at one of the three stations, and rotate once the Burden Run is complete.

*Once each teammate has completed each station, REST 3 Mins before starting next round.

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 150 - 225 T2R + OH Sqauts
