5 Power Cleans (135/95 OR 95/65)

*First 5 Rounds run 2 Laps, latter 5 rounds run 1 Lap

Time cap: 24 Minutes

Then,

From 24:00 - 32:00

Find a 1RM Shoulder to Overhead

Stimulus: Sustain + Heavy

Target: Finish Part 1 faster than Sep. 29 and heavier S2OH
