M2) 8 - 12 Floor Presses (select weight to remaining in rep range throughout)

M3) 50 Double Unders OR 50 Standing Toe-taps to KB

M4) 10 Double DB Hang Clean & Jerk (same weight as Floor Press)

M5) 8 - 15 Bent-over Row(same weight as floor press)

Optional Finisher

Accumulate 2 Mins in OH Squat Position

Beginner: Use dowel

Advanced: Use Empty Barbell
