Option 1:

AMRAP 2

  No Jump Rope Climbs*

  Rest 3 Mins, then

Complete the number of Rope Climbs from the AMRAP for time, with jumping allowed

Stimulus: Stamina

Cap: 10 Mins total including rest

Option 2:

On 10 Min clock:

Rope Climb Skill development

Options:

  - Coach directed footwork practice

  - Half climbs or 2 Pull Climbs

  - 2 - 4 Rope Pull ups, rest as needed

  - Full rope climbs, rest as needed

Stimulus: Skill development / stamina

Conditioning

6 Rounds for time:

  6 Squat Snatches (155/105)

  12 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 12 - 15 Mins
