AMRAP 22, in teams of 4
2 Role Climbs
10 Sumo-Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
Stimulus: Reach
Target: 14 - 20+ Rounds (7 - 10/athlete)
Execution:
On pair works, one pair rests.
On go, 1 athlete performs rope climbs, the other performs SDLHP.
When both finish, they switch to the other movement.
Once both athletes complete both movements, the other pair begins their round and the first pair rests.
