Strength

Part 1:

Each Set for load:

E3MOM x 7 Rounds:

3 Squat Cleans, starting at 75% of 1RM

Drop and reset between reps

Part 2:

From the end of your final set of 3 to the 28 Min mark (7 Mins):

Build to a Heavy Single Squat Clean for the day.

Stimulus: Heavy

For quality

5 Rounds:

4 - 12 GHD Hip Extensions OR Barbell Good Mornings

Rest 1 - 2 Mins between sets.

If using GHD, just cycle through with all others
