  20/15 Calorie Row

  10 Wallballs (25-30/20, 10/9' target)

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 8 - 11 Rounds per athlete

*P1 starts on row, P2 starts on WB, P3 starts on rest. Once row is down all athletes rotate to next station.
