Strength

E3MOM x 5 Rounds

5 reps - Back Squat - Climbing weight to a heavy 5 for the day.

First set should be around 70%. Add weight after each set, building to a heavy 5, if feeling it, test a 5RM.

Conditioning

For time:

15 - 12 - 9

Burpee Pull-ups OR 15 Burpees

Overhead Squat (135/95)*

Target: 5 - 10 mins

*1 - 2 Sets each round
