1x - 3 reps - Power Position Squat Clean

1x - 3 reps - Hang Squat Clean at Knee

1x - 3 reps - Tempo Pull Squat Clean

then,

Find a 1RM Squat Clean

Then,

3 x - 3 reps @ 70% of the 1RM you just found

Stimulus: Heavy

Cool Down/Mobility

Pick 1 - 3 based on weakness and mobilization needs

- Couch Stretch - 3 Min/side

- PIgeon Pose - 3 Min/side

- Banded Ankle Distraction - 3 Min/side

- Banded Front Rack Mobilization - 3 Min/side

- T-Spine Mash on roller - 3 Min
