Conditioning

AMRAP 20 alternating full rounds with a partner

8 Rig Lengths of Odd Object Carry*

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 12 - 15 Minutes

Odd object options:

a) KBs - 70 / 53

b) DBs - 60 / 40

c) Plate - 45/25 OR one plate in each hand - 25/10
