10/side Seated Z-Press

Max set of bent over rows (Goblet or Crusher Grip)

10/side A-Frame Toe Taps

2. Conditioning

2 Rounds

30 Burpees over DB

20 Goblet Squats

10 Single-arm Devil's press

Rest 3 mins

3. Mobility

Accumulate 3 Mins in OH Squat hold*

*Use dowel, broom stick, etc. In as little total time as possible
