1 Smooth* Set of Toes-to-Bar

Rest 2 Mins between rounds

Stimulus: Stamina

*Smooth set = set remains consistent in quality, number of reps, and duration to complete. Push to failure in round 6.

Conditioning

In teams of 4, waterfall style

2 Rounds per athlete:

22/18 Calorie Row

14 Double KB Front Squat (70s/53s) OR DBs (60s/40s)

Stimulus: Controlled Send

Target: 1:30 - 2:30 per round

Perform waterfall style until all 4 athletes have completed 2 rounds each.
