BASELINE - RUNNING TEST

Max Distance Run/Jog/Walk*

  *Notes:

      -We'll run the 800m lap for the duration of the time.

      -Track your laps. If you have a tracking device, use it.

      -A goal of this phase is to get comfortable with running/moving through space for longer durations

      -If you have a tracking device, use it to track total distance and benchmark paces (1 Mile, 5k, etc.)

      -You can also treat as intervals - cycling running/jogging/walking

   -We'll be Re-Testing in 15 weeks
