  14 Goblet Box Step Overs (70/50 to 24/20")

  1000/900m Row

  2k / 1.6k Air Bike

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 18 - 22 Mins

Execution:

  Machine - split the machine as desired each round

  PU / Step overs - One partner performs the pull ups while the other performs the step overs. Once both are done, that is one round.

  Every round partners will alternate the movement they complete after the machine, each partner will complete PU and Step overs twice each.
