  2 Tempo Pull Squat Snatches

Part 2

Each set for load:

Every 2 minutes for 24 Minutes (12 sets)

  Squat Snatch at below %s

Rounds 1-4: 3 reps, 65-75% 1RM

Rounds 5-8 2 reps, 75-85%

Rounds 9-12: 1 rep, 85%+

Use percentages as a guide, making small jumps in weight across the 12 sets.
