Brace hard, unrack the bar, and maintain tension for all :15. You may NOT wear a belt.

10 S-Arm DB OH Walking Lunges* (50/35)

40 Crossover Single Unders OR 30s Double Unders OR 30s Singles

Stimulus: Sustain

Target: 6 - 8 Mins

*Perform all 10 reps with the same arm. Switch arms each round.
