The goal is to find a 1RM Back Squat and Strict Press by the end of this session

E5MOM x 7 Rounds

Back Squat*

3 Explosive Vertical Leaps

Strict Press* (May need to be taken from floor for space)

Wallball Push Press throws, as high as possible

*Back Squat / Strict Press Reps

R1) 5 Reps @ 75%

R2-3) 3 Reps @ 80%+

R4 -7) 1 Rep @ 90 - 100%+

Stimulus: Heavy

Target: PR-Town (Compare to April 25)
