BUILT Program

CrossFit Open 22.1

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 Wall walks

12 DB Snatches (50/35 OR 35/20)

15 Box Jump-overs (24/20)

If you’d like to perform the 22.1 test, there are certain standards for each movement:

Wall walks: Tape hand positions at 10” from wall and 60”/55” from wall

DB: Both DB heads must contact the ground between reps

Box Jump-overs: Must step down, if scaling, you may step up.
