Strength

Each set for load:

SQUAT CLEANS

Every 2:30 x 12 Rounds (30 mins)

  Sets 1 - 4: 3 Reps beginning at 75%

  Sets 5 - 7: 2 Reps beginning at 80%

  Sets 8 - 12: 1 Rep heavier than 85%

During the singles, athletes may push for a 1 RM if it's feeling good.

After the 12th set, FINISH with 1 flawless rep @ 70-80% for quality

Drop and reset

Stimulus: Heavy

2 - 3 Sets for quality

  5 Rigs Slow Double KB Front Rack Walk

  1 Min Farmer's Hold, Heavy but unbroken

  Rest as needed between movements
