8 Minutes of Handstand Walk Practice

Practice HS Walk progression, depending on your current skill level

Ideas:

- Wall walk

- Kick up into HS hold on the wall, hold

- HS Hold

- HS hold with hand lifts or Shoulder taps

- HS hold with walk away from wall

- Kick up to free-standing handstand

- HS Walk practice

25' HS Walk OR 2 Wall Walks

50' Farmers Carry (go heavy)*

Target: 8 - 12 Rounds

*Go outside if possible, otherwise - try to use inside of rig or leave space for HS Walks and Farmers carries
