  Set 3 / 4: 65%

  Set 5 / 6: 62.5%

  Set 7 / 8: 60%

  Set 9 / 10: 57.5%

  Set 11 / 12: 55%

Stimulus: Speed

*Control the descent with a slight tempo, when you find the bottom, stand up like you’re going to a PR.

Conditioning

2 - 3 Rounds, each for time:

  Row 500/400m, straight into

  Bike 1.2/1.0k OR Run 400m

  Rest 3:00 b/w rounds
Can start on either of the two implements

Stimulus: Reach

Target: 3:45 - 4:30 of work per round

Stagger start as needed.
